Found the video thread of Injection critique interesting, got me thinking about pin sites. While the glute is traditionally the preferred site, it seems that more and more I'm reading about the quad and the shoulder.
Is there any science behind using an alt site like the quad or shoulder? I've heard many different tales, like if you shoot your shoulder the upper body will build quicker, and so forth.
What advantages have we seen out there from using different sites, why would you not stay with the traditional glute site? It's packed with absorbing muscle.
