Why you have low test at 19yo?
About the cycle, arent this test in gel too fast like test suspension? If it is you wont see many mass gains
Im just asking man, not criticizing at all, i really dont know how this gel acts

i guess its genetics? my doctor prescribed me androgel, i could take a shot but my doc says that i will have spikes in test, where as the gel (which i had no idea existed until today) is supposed to better because it is more gradual and constant.

Your hips look way wider than your waist, you might have mismeasured. Waist is right below the rib cage, hips are an inch below your belly button.

    today was chest:
    Bench press wide: 135 (x8) 165 (x8) 185 (x10) 195 (x9 +3) 205 (x7 +4)
    Incline DB: 55 (x8) 60 (x8) 70 (x12) 75 (x10) 80 (x6)
    Flat DB fly: 40 (x8) 40 (x8) 45 (x6 +4) 47.5 (x1 muscle failure)

I was surprised that I was able to bench 205 with wide grip, I was only expecting to do 5 reps but I am happy with that. Incline DB I am a little disappointed with because I really wanted to go up to 85, and only doing 80 6 times is really bad. Flat DB I started with a weight that was way to heavy, for aiming to do 8-12 reps with.
I should have done lower chest cable fly at the end to destroy my chest with.
