please give me your opinion on yhis workout routine

i read recently in flex magazine a workout created by joe weider and have been trying it for 3 weeks now. for 3 months the workout was tested against ever other kind of workout and resulted in the most gains with joe weiders workout compared to the rest.

    week 1

heavy lifting 3 sets for each exercise 5 to 7 reps

    week 2

light weight 3 sets for eah exercise 12 to 15 reps

    week 3

moderate weight 3 sets for each exercise 8 to 10 reps

    week 4

super light weight 3 sets for each exercise 20 to 30 reps

then start back at week 1 and repeat

the article says by constantly changeing the weight and reps causes constant muscle confusion for the best results so pleASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK of this workout.i am going to try it for atleast 3 months

    Each Exercise What? Ever created?

What's the daily split? This is too vague to give you an honest opinion on.

Not to mention every month, every mag has the "BEST WORKOUT EVER" because they need to sell magazines, if the "Best Workout Ever" was printed in a magazine in 1994, there would be no reason to continue to sell the magazine.

You have to learn how your body responds and you have to adapt your training accordingly.
