Guys
Reciently been changing one of my meals per day from beef to pork.
I have heard Dave Palumbo talking about why beef i good while trying to add size (to do with inflamitory properties), but im not sure if pork shares the same characteristics.
macros for both will be similar.(fat maybe slightly higer in the beef)
Macros for 8 oz of pork fillet / tenderloin are below
240 cals
7g fat
2g sat fat
0g carbs
42g protein
Would anyone reccomend not swaping beef for pork on a regular basis?
Lookin for some actuall reasoning, not just a stab in the dark answer, so any links to articles would be great.
thanks
