Andy my man, at 5'10" and roughly 158 pounds, you need to stop the sust and spend ALOT more time reading in this diet section. Had you of done that first, you would quickly realize that your diet is crap for bulking and you have ALOT more room for natty growth before even thinking about getting on any type of gear. Not trying to crap on you, just do the research.

I ask very little questions on this forum because the answers are pretty much already out there. Heres what I have learned and can tell you. 1--set a goal. What are your goals? What do you want to achieve? 2--figure out your BMR (that too is readily available in this section). 3---create a diet based on your BMR and goals (EXACT macronutrient breakdown is necessary. There are plenty of sample diets to give you an idea). After you've done that...come back and post your diet for critique.

Also, what does your training routine look like and how long have you been training? Post that as well for critique and THEN some of the more experienced guys on here can help you out.

Anyway, I hope I didn't come across as a douche...just trying to help out. Good luck!

I agree with the above post 100%. Based on your vague post and horrendous diet (just being honest, not trying to be a dick) alone, it's clear that you have alot of learning to do. Read up all you can in this section, learn how to diet and train properly before even THINKING about using AAS.

Below is a link to a thread I started a little while ago with my most recent diet. It's not really a bulk diet, but can be if the macros are adjusted to meet your needs. The food choices however are what's key.

I'm on the shyt diet right now Andy. I havent been doing too well the last 7 months and was recently diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease, IBS and a hiatal hernia. All of which seemed to just appear overnight. So naturally, I'm not eating too well right now. As a matter of fact, the meds just recently made it so that I can keep my food down now. And even now, I have flare ups that take away my interest in eating.

There are a lot of sample bulking diets here, you should get the idea. Just trust and believe in the power of a good diet and training. I was able to put on 20 good pounds in 2 months time, when I was training, from fixing my severely inadequate diet. In short, I ate 6 meals, spaced 3 hours apart EVERY DAY, like clockwork. It takes A LOT of discipline and preparation.

See how far you can go gaining naturally. Build your base. Yes, it takes a little longer, but the benefits are definately worth it. Plus I think you'll be amazed at what your body is capable of naturally with some hardcore training and a solid diet. Then, and only then, should you consider using any type of aas.

Like Gb said, you can adjust the macros by changing it up a bit to fit your needs (UP THE CALORIES!!). If you need help trying to figure out numbers for your diet---fitday.com. That way you can figure out how much of what you need to eat to achieve your goals. This is of course AFTER you figure out your bmr.
