Im having a problem with ejaculation amount while on dr. perscribed test for hrt, I know hcg helps with this, but dont want increase sperm count. I know its not likely that i could regain ability to have children, just wanderd what the best course of action would be. as i am 45 and dont want to become a father again. is hcg my best bet ? or something else im not aware of.
