Pct help! Experienced advice needed

Ok so heres my situation.

I was doing a cycle of dbol test e and deca. I was advised to stop it because of my age and lack of education. I would how ever like to do a proper pct.

What should i take? I have colmids and am able to obtain probably whatever suggested. Should i start today (my last injection was yeaterday)?

I also seem to feel a little sore in my nipple area, nothing that bothers me or noticably swolen at all, im guessing sings of gyno but im not itchy or anything like that. Any ideas on what i should do?

You need to start two weeks from yesterday.
How long was your cycle and at what doses?

Yes i did yesterday morning, should i do test again untill my natural levels go up?

I did dbol for a month, 20mg for the first 2 week and 40 up untill yesterday

Should i ease off it?

I did 1cc each of test and deca for 2 weeks...


As far as my soreness, should i take somthing for it? For future what happens if this happens to me during a cycle? And how do i know if its gyno?

are you using any ai while on cycle like liquidex or exemestane.

just stop all steroids, 21 days after last injection start pct
