    honestly what supplements do people need

    honestly what supplements do people need the amount of shit they sell these days i think 90 percent of it would be a waste of ?????????? or just simply dont work

    put a list of things some of u guys swear by i will go first

    wpi
    creatine
    dextrose
    no need for any fancy ass pre workout crap thats what carbs are for when u eat before training
    multivitamins

    thats about all i can think of that makes the cut for me how bout you guys im always willing to try new stuff if people think its really worth a go not just some dude in shop saying bro u have to try this and bro look at this shit hahahaah

    Their daily intake of protein coming from what they eat isn't enough? Let's suppose you need 150 g protein a day for your muscles, Online pharmacy .

    BCAA
    Protein
    Amino acids
    Omega 3-6-9 if you don't get a lot of EFA in your diet.

    None of which is overmarketed crap, they all have a purpose and work.
