I think vitamine E or something along those lines makes your skin more elastic, but you will get stretch marks if you grow too quick no matter, nothing can stop it.

Put cocoa butter on places prone to stretch marks, like the outside chest and armpit. and wherever else you think you might get them. Women use it during pregnancy and i hear it works really well.

I used to lube up with Coco butter after every shower, entire chest and whatever I could reach on my back and arms. Never got a stretch mark on my upper torso. Legs are another story. The inside of my hams near my junk are stretched out.

I think the coco butter only helps prevent them, not cure them once they've already appeared. Good luck!

It would be the same advice you would give a woman during pregnancy.

stretch marks are like battle scars if you get them your doing something right
after a while they will go away and become white and if you b.f. is low enough you wont even notice so keep off the b.f. and dont worry just my thoughts.

You can buy vitamin E oil by the bottle. Is there a difference between the that and what's in the caps?

When I did my first cycle I got very large stretch marks on the side of my legs and glutes, but they went away. I would suggest using large amounts of lotion, I've heard that it may help a small amount.

Wanna prevet stretch marks? Then stretch! Twice a day full body stretching routine. This will loosen up the skin as gradually as possible

    Ironic isn't it?

no offense man but what the hell are you talking about? Regardless of the source of the problem stretching will help.

Ps stretch marks appear on the skin, that's why you can see them

The connective tissue of the skin is composed mostly of collagen and elastin. Collagen makes up 70-80% of the dry weight of the skin and gives the dermis its mechanical and structural integrity.

Vitamin C is the body's basic support for connective tissue. Vitamin C is required for the synthesis of collagen; it helps collagen in connective tissue. It plays a vital role in the formation of collagen, a structural protein in connective tissue...

The skins inability to maintain structual integrity is not due to not stretching...

I have seen womens stomach stretch more then your biceps ever will with no stretch marks.. Due to correct nutrition.

I have seenwomens stomachs stretch and become red road central, due to incorrect nutrition...

well played sir, I believe I have been "owned"

i still think there is merit in a stretching routine tho, maybe not as much as nutrition. I'm gonna have to research this more before I put my foot in my mouth again

good post guys, I'm a dietetics major and I love how everything always comes back to NUTRITION.

People get all hyped up about the macro nutrients and forget about the most important, Micro nutrients. MOst bloggers here would be surprised to see what their diet is lacking if they actually took the time to do a diet history.

    You're in the Gym 1-hour a day...
The other 23 is about NUTRITION and rest.
