    what to drink?

I been trying to learn more about diets, but i have a question what do you guys drink with your meals? like for example during breakfast a typical person will have either OJ or coffee, but what about people like us, whats ideal to go with our diet plans?

I have water, tea (green, white, black), or coffee. I use a sweetner like splenda to keep coffee and tea colorie (sugar) free. Juices are not healthy as they are nothing more than suagry water (like regular soda pop). Whole fruit (with its included juice) I consider healthy, when squeezed and concentrated, not so healthy.

The only time I get calories from a drink is if it's a shake of some sort.

I would not recommend drinking coffee unless I am unaware of some health benefits.

    Are there any??

I drink either water or 6-8 oz of skim milk/same amount water with protein powder.

There are no real health benefits to coffe but black coffee is not terribly high in calories and many need the caffeine. If i dont have a caffeine supplement i will drink a cup of black coffee preworkout

Coffee in the morning. Water throughout the day and with meals. I will drink a diet sprite maybe once a day with a meal. It kinda hits the spot with a nice meal.

Agreed, water needs to be your primary drink. You can throw a coffee or two in the mix, a crystal light or diet soda, but mainly just good ol' H2O.

Black coffee in the morninng. I actually read somewhere that is the best NATURAL fat burner. Not sure how true this is, but still need a black coffee to help wake up. Rest of the day water.

My cheat meals are actually just something good to drink with my normal meals. Like a sprite or tea.

Caffeine is certainly a thermogenic, so it's true in that regard.

And there is nothing "natural" about caffeine.

I have been drinking much diet tonic water, mostly for the quinine which helps cramping, which I'm prone to for some reason. Here lately, I am going to switch to milk to boost my caloric intake.

Water, water, and more water. I drink water with fresh squeezed lemon juice in it for flavor.

Coffee beans naturally have caffeine in them. Along with many teas. What is not natural about it
