Anti-Aging Docs in Louisville, KY area?

Can anyone recommend a good doc and/or clinic in the Louisville area?

I've checked a few places and found WIDE discrepancies in pricing. One local clinic wanted to charge $2750 for the initial set of screenings alone! Another was far more reasonable: around $900.

Any recommendations?

Only places I know off-hand are Body Allure or Body Logic. They use the pellet therapy and don't take insurance' but it's probably easier than the runaround I am getting from my PCP and Urologist. I have a TT of 326 and they prescribe Zoloft...go figure. I think the inital labs and consultation at BA are around $400 plus meds.
