Hey guys. Im about 175 pounds and my body fat is somewhere around 15 to 20 %. I recently gained alot of weight but alot of it was fat and most of that fat decided to go to my stomach. I have the skinny fat guy syndrome now. I dont think i have enough musle on my body to cut yet. I want to get up to about 220 before I cut. Anyways here is my current diet:
Full serving of quickmass weight gainer ( about 1000 calories)
4 whole eggs
1 whole wheat bread
1 glass of 1% milk
Half a serving of quickmass
6 oz chicken breast
1 cup of vegetables
1 cup of brown rice
6oz chicken brest
1 cup of vegetables
Im thinking of dropping the weight gain shake and replacing it with 3 cups of 1% milk 56 grams of protein powdre and a banana or a cup of blueberries,
I would greatly appreciate any advice, thanks.
