Dropping a quick note to introduce myself.
I'm a 26 year old male from the Gold Coast, have been weight training 5 days for the past 2 years to increase mass from 68kg to 89kg and now looking into as to assist in increasing mass. Previous to the last 2 years, I've been training on and off since 17 years old.
Have taken a lot of word of mouth into consideration, however I thought it best to discuss amongst guys with specific experience in the area. As yet I don't have a source - I've recently moved to the coast and am keen to make some contacts.
On my rest days, I usually undertake some mild cardio - 4 > 6 km run or cycle.

Age 26
Height 5"10
Weight 89kg
Bf% Unsure - Very Very Low.
Cycle history - Nil
