Best drink intra-workout to prevent nausea

So, I was hitting squats yesterday, and after a set of 455 pound squats for 6 reps (not even 90 degrees) - I started to feel sick, but kept drinking water, a lot of it. Then after leg pressing 765 for 12 reps, I couldn't take it anymore ... I was on the verge of 'breaking' diet and getting a gatorade in the gym. However, I just kept drinking water and ditched the leg press and did 3 sets of leg extensions and 3 sets of leg curls.

I'm just pissed that I was feelin shiddy so I didn't do deads after squats and had to resort to extensions instead of 2 ham workouts - I basically did the 2 easiest things I could find for legs bc I wanted to get the hell out.

Now, my question is, what the hell should I drink, besides water, to keep from feeling sick. I don't want to break diet though by drinking any sugar loaded drinks, such as gatorade.

I do powerade zero with bcaas during my leg and full body wo. I think it helps but doesn't pack the punch of a real gatorade. Try it.
