    Before and After 1 year on (Estimate my bf)

    Ok this is me before and after started wieght training and cardio last august
    starting weight was 117kg (258 lbs) current weight 84kg (185 lbs) my weight machine at home says i am 22% bf would that be accurate or can someone give me an estimate from my second pic what my bf is. also check this clip on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bBiPBjPGWc
