    2nd Cycle / Burst Cycle

    I posted this in another thread as well but its dropped off with little love (save Marcus a while ago)
    This is my second cycle, bulking / strength training.
    First cycle was dbol / test e 500.
    Reason for Burst is to lessing shutdown time.
    Will be at 15% BF when I start.
    34
    5'10
    210 right now (17%)

    Cycle
    40 Day burst cycle.
    Test Prop @ 200 EoD
    NPP @ 150 EoD
    HCG @ 250 E 4th day.
    Totals: 4g Prop / 3g NPP / 2500uis HCG
    PCT
    4 days after last shot.
    40 days
    Clomid 25 @ ED
    Nolva 20 @ ED

    Wanted to run more than my first I responded super to test, but didn't want to jack it to much, plus its normal to up dosage for burst. 40 days vs 10 weeks...

    Gain a few pounds, make my joints hurt a little less while doing, gain some strength on the big 3 lifts.

    How old are you?
    what were your gains from your first cycle?
    Will you be priming?

    34 yrs
    Gains on my first were great after PCT I kept about 10 lbs. (Gained 21 lbs during some was fat I didn't eat as clean as I should have was ravenous) Strength gains stayed as well loved it.
    Yes I am cutting / priming now.
    I will be cycling my carbs between low and moderate when I am 4 weeks out from the start of the cycle. If my cut keeps going well, or as long as I can stand it I will keep going to get below 14%. I do not enjoy being below 14% however.

    Not to hijack but why dont you like being below 14%? between 8% and 14% seems to be where my body his happiest... under and I feel weak and over and I feel slugish (not to mention no one likes having belly flab hang over their belt, at least, I thought no one)

    usually cause it takes a lot of effort to eat clean enough to stay sub 14%

    Sounds like you have everything covered, if your priming you will create a very anabolic environment for tissue to grow straight from the start of the cycle, cycle looks fine! best of luck

    Lol, yes my car is always trying to stear itself into McDonalds drive throughs and it's a daily uphill battle with the steering column. Stupid fat car.

    I played Hooker (Rugby) @ 91kgs - 12% bf and I felt like I shouldn't be in those scrums.
    I bulked up (Messy - natural) to 101 and moved out to Tight Head - Was happy there.
    I have been to 11% estimated once (to the point where I could see all my abs and pinch no love handles and it looked good, vascular, and I was fast - if only I played flank.

    To be honest I just don't like going into a scrum to lite. If I ever get to 100 kgs @ 12% or below BF I will be a damn happy hooker. That combined with I am not really concerned with my looks I spend most of my extra time on a sled and not filling out my pecs..

    But yea cutting sucks

    Thanks Marcus I wasn't sure on the dosages, you put my mind to rest.
    I really think my body will respond well to this. Thanks for all your other posts as well on priming and bursting.
