Hey guys so My wife is about to start dieting and working out....again...she took a break and now that school is over she has more time.
She is 5'9 150
I just need to know what you think would be the right amount of calories and in what category.
Here diet is not that bad...but lets just say her metabolism needs straightened out..
She would be doing cardio and weight training..not going heavy....just medium on the weights..
thanks guys I really appreciate this....I was thinking around 1300-1400 cals....but I honestly have no idea about a womans body when it comes to dieting...
