Need some PCT advice

Hi guys, I've just started my first course and want to get some second opinions on my advised PCT.

I'm just going to do 375mg of Test Enth a week for 8 weeks, and have been told to use 1 shot of hCG after my cycle, I have 1500 IUs. I've also seen a lot online advicing the use of nolva, so I have that too.

Is it really best to use all of the hCG in one shot? And how should I best incorporate nolva into my PCT?

hello welcome to the forum....as for you question id say you really dont need hcg for such a low dose fairly short cycle using just test but you can if you want to, that being said most use it during the cycle not after as it will help keep testicle atrophy at bay....as for your pct nolva will do but i personaly like the nolva/clomid pct protocol....if your going with just the nolva then use it 40mg ed for first week then drop it down to 20mg the following 3 weeks....i answered your first question sence you have already started but id like to see some stats about yourself.....goodluck....

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm going to make use of the hcg just to be safe, should I just go for 1 shot? How long after my last injection of test should I start the nolva?

Erm, stats? I'm 26, 6"1, 266lbs with my top 4 abs visible (No idea on %).

im really not an hcg expert so im not shure im thinking maybe split it up and use it the last few weeks of the cycle but not one shot imho...hopefully someone with more hcg experiance will chime in....pct should start 14 days after last injec of test e....
