Wow, finally asking a question after looking over this site for, well years. Let me start with stats:

42 years old
Can i say i love this site, it has helped me thru some tough times with my bodybuilding life.... 6 foot one inch
215 pounds
9 percent body fat
i eat about 4000 calories a day......truth be told i stuggle eating, i have to force myself to eat.

7am-protein shake with milk

gym 8am-1030am- everyday protein shake, piece of fruit, or protein bar

afterward another protein shake

around 12pm-2 turkey sandwiches wheat bread and non fat cheese

3pm-chicken or fish and a vegetable

6pm-usually a steak or solid protein and potatoes or veggie

8pm- PB and J sugar free jam on wheat of course with full glass of 2 percent milk

10pm before bed-casein protein with milk


my diet for 1.5 years has been solid!

Quick and dirty........Have lifted most of my life off and on.....finally said i want more and started gear...had no contacts so grabbed it from a close friend....it has made me look pretty good...you guys understand...not quite good enough...have done 3 full cycles and now ready to go to the next level.

I would love some expert imput on this cycle.....thx in advance!


test prop-100mg a day for 12 weeks
masterone-500mg a week for 12 weeks shots ed
d-bol-50mg split 25 morn and night for 4 weeks
tren 500mg a week last 5-12 weeks eod

oh and i just took my blood pressure and its kinda high 145/75.....is that the pct clomid and nolvadex?
