    "unwanted" cals in foods

Let's say, for example, I am wanting to eat carbs for a particular meal. For argument sake, let's say I am eating whole wheat bread (by the way, I don't eat bread, but...). I know that there are a few grams of fat in a slice of bread; do I need to calculate this fat into my daily macros even though it's not necessarily good fat, or do I disregard it and carry on consuming how much good fat I need in my diet?

everything is considered in your daily diet when calculating macros.

"you" need to be disciplined to ensure only quality whole foods ends up in your body.

If the food doesn't meet my quality standards, I don't eat it.
