It depends. My diets set me back like $150.00 per week because I eat only sprouted nuts/grains, organic fruits/veg, and free-range/wild-caught meats. My shopping is usually done at whole foods and good foods.
Before I went on the all-organic kick; I could keep it at $50.00 per week by implementing variety. For example, I love bison and flank steak as my red meat choices. But hey, if Giant had 95/5 ground beef on sale for $1.19 per pound; you'd better believe it was bye-bye steak.

To anyone finding this lifestyle is too expensive:

Bags of frozen tilapia (like 18 fillets) at the Wal-Mart grocery around here are on roll-back for $12.00. The same store sells natty PB for $2.50, eggs for under $1.00. Every now and then ground turkey can be outrageously cheap. As can tough rump roasts of beef that you can slow-cook in a crock pot and portion out after. Sweet potatoes in bulk are cheap. As are broccoli, spinach, and collard greens. Don't buy steam-in-the-bag stuff if money is an issue; it's expensive!
Point is, if you're willing to bargain hunt because money's an issue - it can be very cheap to eat a lot.

I have been able to find most of my stuff for my keto at wal mart although I refuse to buy their meat whatever they package with tastes like sh!t. My keto diet is costing me around 50.00 a week but I havent really penciled it out.

The ACTUAL cost would be the cost of your diet, less the cost of your food if you were NOT on your diet. You must eat no matter what, so the "normal" cost MUST be subtracted out if you want to arrive at the incremental cost for your bulking diet. Must compare apples to apples mate!

200-250 a week. I really need to stop eating my post work out meals at chipotle, LOL... I just cant go with out a triple chicken burrito with rice and tons of hot sauce after a work out. Good protein and carb source but kinda high in sodium
