What's up guys/girls? I'm a member over at bb.com. Been there for a year or so. Just found this website today. Looks like its full of information. I like. A little about me. I've been working out on and off my whole life. The last 8-10 months I've really got in to it. I'm 23, 5'7" 160 right now. I'd say about 12% body fat. I've ran a cycle of Turnavol about 4 months ago. I was able to gain a good 10-12 pounds off it. I kept about 8. I want to run another cycle, but not that again. What do you guys recommend ?? I'm looking to put on some good lean muscle. Around 10-15 pounds if it was possible. Not really wanting to run h drol. I've had a lot of people say do that. Any help would be nice! Thanks
