Okay so I know it is better to wait untill you are at a lower body fat to cycle because of estro side effects. Now here is the thing me and a bro of mine have a $1,000 dollar bet to see who can change their body compostion the most over 16 weeks. I have been lifting for 3 years but have had a bad diet. I am 6'1 about 290 and I have alot of muscle but I am around 28% bodyfat. Now my question is the following a good cycle to help me either gain or keep my current muscle since I will be dieting. Also I know that he will be on gear as he told me he was.
Cycle-
Test-c: 500mg/week for 12 weeks
Dbol: 45mg/day for 4 weeks
Arimidex: .25 eod throughout cycle since I have a high bodyfat
PCT:
Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolva:40/40/20/20
Diet-
Meal 1: Oatmeal with 10 egg whites.
Meal 2: Protein shake with 2 rice cakes
Meal 3: Fish of choice(50 grams of protein worth) 1 cup veggies,1 cup brown rice.
Meal 4: Protein shake with 2 rice cakes
Meal 5: Fish of choice(50 grams of protein worth) 1 cup veggies,1 cup brown rice.
Meal 6: Cottage Cheese and sardies.
