    Red wine

    Im aware beer/alcholo lowers testosterone but can red wine?

    lol i know it was just hard because they say its healtyh 1 or 2 cup a day since it helps the heart and it has veyr little alcohol but yea ur right

    most wines are btween 11% and 15% so i wouldnt say its very little

    Doesn't alcohol only lower natural testosterone, meaning if you cycle test, it won't lower it?

    Alcohol has many effects, one of which includes increasing the amount of SHBG in the blood, and the affinity it has towards sex hormones, I think.
