stats/background 5ft10 250lbs 35years old... prob 20% bf , ben lifting for last 17years... got down to 230 last dec than went mass building partly due to the face eating perfect for a years and losing 90lbs was extremely hard and was mentally challenging... I expect from this cycle to shred fat and build muscle
diet~ pretty much all carbs coming from vegtables and 300 grams of protein a day*except before~ during~ after training i will be carbing it up with protein* ie bagel with 4 eggwhites
cycle~ test prop 500week for 10 weeks w/ .5 arimedex a day for side prevention~ i can also get tren , but i want to keep it simple for my 1st cycle
pct~ 3 days after last ij weeks 1-4 .50clomid
weeks 1-2 .40NOLVA
weeks 3-4 .20 nolva~ ive ben told im way off with this pct, please let me know out there if im off with my pct, my research has ben most my stressfull on this
training~ 5-7 days a week~ not gonna overtrain tho( i do this currently}... lots of sleep and will def carb it up if im not feeln it, im not afraid too take a day off, i just feel like ive ben training/lifting all my life for this cycle
and finally, i want too thank you all for reading and/or commenting on this I sooooo sooooo much value your opinions and insight on this, I have a feeling that my body will absorb this and take off, then i re-read the gyno forums/posts~ scary scary shit... please feel free to give it to me straight, im very excited and nervous , but like I said ive ben lifting for last 17 years although diet i got in check the last 2 years
