hi i wil just start by saying what i have and how i was going to do it,if you could let me no if its a good way or not and help out that would be great,thanks al

20ml test sus 300 mg per ml

20ml deca 300mg per ml

d-bol 5mg tabs

is it ok to do 2ml test on a monday an 2ml deca on a wed or should i do less deca than test. also going to start 6 d-bol aday when im 3weeks in to the cycle for 6weeks.should i also carry on with the test for 2weeks on its own at the end.going to get some nolva to but not sure if i should be taking that all the way thru the cycle and if so how many should i take and when.

wil hcg and clomid be ok to end this cycle with aswel.thanks

sorry.im 24 and been going gym now for about 2 years but 1st year i was only going a few times aweek but for the last 10mnths iv been going 4 to 5 times aweek.im 6ft 3 and around 220 pounds.not sure what my bf is but wil try find out asap.my diet isnt great but try to eat ev 3 hrs and im on t5s at the min to try lose abit of fat before i start my cycle.hope to bulk up at the end of it.i no abit about pct but want to no more before i start.

Def want to get your diet in check a good while before starting, as well as getting your BF down to around 12% or lower before starting any AAS.

The only cycle you have done is a 5 week cycle of Test E and C? And now you want to run a 12 week cycle of Prop?

no i want to do the cycle i have put at the top but do it properly this time as i was only 22 when i did cyp an tren for 5 weeks and didnt look in to it at all

You shouldnt need Nolva through the cycle, it should be part of your PCT with the Clomid. And HCG is generally used during the cycle if needed.

But lets put the cycle to the side for now and focus on your diet. What diet do you have planned? If you dont have one planned, we need to get that going first.
