    Bcaa's and mood change..

    Im sure theres a connection.. ever since ive been taking them i feel my mood to be drastically down, anyone else noticed this?

    I don't think there is a correlation between your down mood and BCAAs

    What does the rest of your supplement lineup look like? Taking any new medications? Are you getting adequate sleep? Could be a few variables to consider.

    just the usual stuff i been taking protein, glutamine, hmb bit of creatine.. dunno might just be me

    Throw some st. Johns wort in the mix.
    It helps with mood
