    count macros in whey?

A lot of people here do not consider whey to be part of an actual meal as real food is much more beneficial. Do I still count the macros in whey when calculating my daily caloric intake to suit my goals. I'm cutting right now, and I want to stay about 600 cals below maintenance.

Check out www.fitday.com It's not only essential for me cause there is no food packaging where I live, but you can make custom foods by copying the stuff right off the back of the protein powder container and it breaks it down for you.
