Thread: My first cycle of Dbol

    My first cycle of Dbol

    Well my stats go like this:
    21 years old
    160 pounds
    working out for 2 years now
    was 140 when i started
    used creatine in the past along with protein
    max bench 205 about 2 times

    So i could say i jumped pretty good naturally. along with eating a shitload. pasta chicken rice tuna etc. I been reading alot up on dbol and getting advice from friends and co workers who have taken it. I wanna know whats a good first cycle? I know dbol with test and deca is pretty good. I was thinking just dbol with clomid after. I know i might lose alot of my gains. Anyone know how to keep them? I really dont wanna stack too much. I mean im young and dont want too much side effects. Any adivice? And i know alot of you may say dont take them your young blah blah. Come on, im 21 i aint gonna grow much more. Im an adult now its not like im 18 haha. But if I WERE to take them whats some good advice? thanks guys!

    you're going to get negative feedback for two reasons.
    one your still too young!, and two not being a smartass but i doubt your anywhere near your natural potential. by the by whats your height?

    whats up man...unfortunately everyone here is probably gonna tell you that your to young and especially that dbol alone is a horrible cycle...but im by no means a vet so see what they say

    Best advice I can give you is to visit the diet section and learn to eat. If you are only 160 you have a lot more to gain naturally. Post up what your diet looks like on a daily basis. ( Please don't lie as many new members do )

    Okay I'm 5'8

    And my diet kind of went like this

    Morning : protein shake, multivitamin and a bannana. Maybe some eggs

    Then I might have a tuna sandwich for lunch ( the hole can)

    then couple hours later some mixed nuts

    After the gym i would always drink a shake then an hour later probably eat chicken and rice.

    I also ate alot of pasta, maybe every other day

    and always had a teaspoon of glutamine with the shake

    and i ate every 3 hours and drank atleast a gallon of water.



    i know there was more food involved in my diet

    If i was you i would stay natural for the following reasons.

    1) 21 is too young IMO and your endocrine system is still developing

    2) You can still gain more naturally, you should max out your natural potential then consider aas

    3) your diet needs work - post up your diet in the diet section for critique

    P.s Dbol only = Fail

    dude, you're only eating about 3-4 meals a days, you need to ramp that up. You're most likely having a caloric deficiency on a daily basis, bump it up and you'll start gaining. Im sure you could gain at least 20 more pounds without AAS.
    Also, dont run a dbol only cycle, if you're going to run a cycle, do it right! lol

    Alright guys Ill take your adivce. I will workout out some naturally and read up on some more information about dbol first. I do admit i was on and off those 2 years. I could of worked my ass off more. Working 2 jobs just took over ya know? And I just bought some more size on an casin. I will start my routine again tommorow. Anymore advice on a diet or anything. And I workout 5 times a week. Usually going as this: chest back arms shoulders legs a day off after legs before chest and one somehwere in between.
