    Hello from way down under

    Hey crew,
mike here, I'm 22 m 5.7", BF% 13% and 185lbs , living in Perth Western Australia. completed 4.5 cycles that went pretty well over the past 2 years.
The reason i say 4.5 is because of an injury from footy that prevented me from finishing last round, and has meant i havent been able to train as hard as i would have liked over the past 4 months.
I am pretty much 100% again so looking forward to getting back into the strict routine i was in 6 months ago, this website has given me a fair bit of info in the past, so i thought it was about time i joined up. Also looking for a bit of inspiration to make up for the losses ive experienced over the past few months. its pretty depressing to see a thin layer of fat over what was (not that long ago) lean muscle.

NB that body fat % of 13% was taken prior to my last cutting cycle, so was not an indication of my lowest ever, and is certainly not an indication of my current BF%!

look forward to gaining some important knowledge from ppl in the know....
    cheers
    mike m

Thought i would put up my past cycles as well (all were done under the direction/supervision of a qualified pro):

    1:
    Test E 250mg a week (pre-loaded cartridges)
Diet = Bulking orientated, excess Carbs but kept it pretty clean
    Training= Gym mon-thurs weekends off
    Mon - back/arms
    Tues – chest/arms
    Weds – legs
    Thurs – just cardio
Supplements = 60 grams protein powder over 2 shakes
    Magnesium 500mg per day
Apple cider vinegar 3 tabs a day (at docs request)
PCT = pregnyl once every 5 days for 2 weeks
Results = gained a solid 10kgs (round 20lbs), didn’t experience any water retention and pretty much maintained everything I gained.
    2:
Exact same as above except I added Clen as well as ECA, plus I swapped to one day dedicated to arms leaving back/chest on their own, and added 30 mins of cardio.
    3:
I switched to Sust 250 at 400mg a week and changed up training a fair bit, aimed for shorter work outs with a big focus on supersets.
I also slightly equaled out the carbs/protein ratio cause I was being wary of staying slim (which I had achieved through pure dieting/cardio since last cycle)
PCT on this one was only arimidex as that was all I could get hold of.
    4:
This was my first dedicated ‘cutting’ cycle, I really dropped down the carbs, and was mainly eating a lot of fish/chicken/tofu (I actually like tofu anyway). I proceeded with sust again but only at 250 a week and brought back the clen and ECA (2weeks clen, 3 weeks ECA) for the entire period.
PCT on this was sadly just pregnyl which while not ideal was all I could get.
    4.5:
aimed for my first “Big” stack, was intending to start off with 500mg sust per week then adding Test E at 250mg a week into the 4-5 week. But it was the 3rd week when I got hurt, so I decided to call it quits.
I will do a detailed post of my current diet and training in the nutrition section soon.
My desire is to train for the next month (at least) with out any enhancers, to make sure im fully back to where I feel I need to be (diet/training/condition). Then when the time is right I would like to start my next bulk cycle, including sust and I was thinking deca. I have also heard from some friends with excellent experiences with Tren just don’t know if I can afford it
    Concerns:
    1. SE of deca.
    2. Alcohol consumption. I now work in a nightclub where I get $150 bar card every fri/sat, while I never consume that much, I want to get my consumption down to zero (and maybe just have a few drinks once a month when mates come in)
    3. Uni. This is my 3rd year (next year is last) and things are getting serious, meaning uni has to be my first priority, and I remember how much time I spent dedicated to meal prep.
    so anyway thats me!

welcome to the forum mate. enjoy your stay and take it all the valuable knowledge shared by the regulars.

what caught my eye is that you said u've started a cycle 2years ago under the direction/supervision of a qualified pro? how does a pro that allows u to start an aas cycle when u're only 20yrs old? u've not even reach your body's natural production of test and growth. i'm sure the vets here will agree that even at 22yrs old, u're too young to cycle.

    just my 2cents worth.

yeh i understand what you are saying, in fact when i started seriously researching 2 years ago (actually i started leisurely reading about AAS many years before that) i sort of concluded that i should at least wait a few years.
what changed my mind was meeting and being assessed by someone who was definately in a position to decide, so i took what he said as acceptable.
i dont really want to say much more about the situation because of rules, and also the situation in perth regarding these matters
but yes i def understand what you are saying!

    You didn't train delts?

How come you didn't run Test E for 750mg per week? From what i've heard sus250 plays havoc with blood hormone levels, using Test E would be more appropriate for bodybuilding, i'm surprised this guy didn't run that by you??

nah i included delts in my back routine, do you reckon Im better off isolating? i will say they (and my calves) were the lowest growth areas for me.

as far as the Test E @ 750mg, i wasnt made fully aware of the blood hormone issue, pretty much told i could take care of that with PCT. I am wondering what i could replace sust with in my next cycle, I am def considering either 500-750mg of Test on its own (or the 500mg Test/250mg sust or deca)
I notied Test didnt do much as far as my 'strength' was concerned. i mean gains were great, but they sort of felt "inflated". talking to people who have run sust and Tren (which i probably cant afford as a uni student), ive heard reports of comparatively massive increases in lifting ability, may just be anecdotal.

Hey clancey mate, small world indeed!! i got a mate thats a PT over at fitness first, not sure if its inalloo or osborne park!!

    peace
