    what to expect on test cypionate

    hello everybody, i am 29 years old, 5'11, and 200 pounds. I recently got introduced to AS and took the leap into it. i purchased 3 vials of 10mL test cypionate dosed at 300 mg per mL. I am planning on running a 12 week cycle at 600 mg per week, shooting 1 cc every monday and thursday, I have researched quite a bit, and found that cypionate usually kicks in around week 5, but what does this mean kick in. Is that when ur weight starts to increase, or when ur strength goes through the roof? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Technically it "kicks" in as soon as it's introduced into the body, but what people mean is you start noticing effects in appearance/strength/endurance/weight ect ect. Side effects you may experience earlier include acne, mood swings/higher sense of well being/increase in libido ect ect.

    What is your training experience and do you know your BF? Do you have PCT on hand?

    i have been trainnning for about 4 years, my body fat percentage was 8 percent a few months ago, i am very lean, but have been having a hard time getting past 200 pounds so i decided to use steroids, my pct consists of clomid, tore, and nolvadex, havent decided the combo, right now i am leaning toward tore and nolva, and i have letro on hand in case of gyno. So what you are saying is i will really notice the positive effects around week 4 and 5?

    Basically. You noted your 200lbs in your first post, yet you said you are having a hard time getting up to 200lbs in your second post. What is your current weight at now?

    Your my height, and I had to result in increasing my kcals along with the rest my macros to get past 200lbs. I'm sure you could do the same. Before thinking steroids is your only hope, address your diet/training/ and perhaps sleeping habits. Adequate sleep plays a major roll in growth. Over look these variables before you decide to pin. If you think your diet is up to par, let us review it in the nutrition section to get more opinions.

    i believe i said getting past 200, i have been hovering around the range of 195-202 lbs for about a year. now i am 198, just weighed myself. My diet is on point, eating a ton of complex carbs, i eat around 5500 cals a day, alot of oats, tuna, lean steak, wheat pasta, chicken, grits, oatmeal, eggs, protein shakes, beans. I have looked at the diet forum and believe i have a good diet

    Gotcha.

    1-12 Test 600mg PW
    PCT 14+
    Keep AI on hand
    Monitor BP
    Get blood work done pre and post cycle.

    thank you, thanks for the quick reply, do you think 12 weeks is sufficient or would you run it longer?

    12 weeks is fine.
