Something went wrong!?

Yesterday i did my regular Test-E injection, did exactly the same as i have done 100 times.

I KNOW the gear is steril and I KNOW everything else was sterile when shooting.

Today i got major pain and i can see a lump sticking out of my thigh where i pinned.

What could have gone wrong, did i miss the muscle or what is this??

(Going to doctor tomorrow, i also smashed legs today so it's not THAT bad but it's definatly something wrong)

Any discoloration? Lumps are one of the most common things. Surprised you haven't experienced at least one out of the 100 times you've done this. Luck you.

Probably, it is nothing serious.
Did you aspirate?

No discoloring, just a lump like a big acne without color and it's hard.

Yes i did aspirate, allways do.

Pinning outer quads on Test-E, 1 ml oil.

I see. Figured it might have been 3cc's or more. Mad lumps would come with that. Massaging the area always did the trick in reducing lumps.

it could just be the oil gathered in one area I don't see this pinning 1cc but I'm sure it happens like hp says massaging generally helps although I seem to get lumps massaging or not when above 2 cc in certain muscles anyway

How long does it usually take to go back to normal?

Differs with everyone but typically a couple days at most. It shouldn't persist for over a week.

Under skin in the muscle, hurts when i stand up and move..

I had a similar lump in my delt from a pin. After about 4 days it went away. Made my workouts hell though. I pin the day before leg days now to ensure my delt isn't sore for upper body workouts

Yea Bro you will be fine just sounds like normal injection where everything gathered in one spot in the muscle
