hey i have a few questions for yall? I weigh around 340 and im about to order some clen and T3. i know how to cycle it im just wondering the best diet you think i should be on with it for max weightloss or the most effective.and also which exercises should i do how much cardio and how many days? or can i do 7 days a week..im realy looking to get fit plaese help me.And also what clen and t3 cycle do you think would be the best?
