340pds yes i kno im a big guy
19 years old
i havent started diet yet
soon will be on a 7 meal a day diet with exercise and a 2 on an 2 off cycle of clen an T3.
any tips on how i should cycle the Clen an T3? how to mix them an stack?
how much cardio should i do?
im really limited on exercising cause i dnt have a gym membership.so i was going to depend on alot of cardio now.
my goal is to get to 15% body fat then hit a bulking cycle?
