Hey there ppls!
I'd like to introduce myself! I've been reading the forum for like the past 4 hours or so and just decided that i should sign-up!
I'm looking for various infos about roids\cycles etc... and i think I've come to the right place!
A bit about me -
I'm 23 years old, 5p11' and around 173Lbs for 15%BF. On Feb 5 2010, i quit smoking, quit drinking alcohol and started a new life. I began a strict diet (Which at that time i had built myself with all the infos i found on the net), began weight lifting + cardio 5-6 days a week for the first time of my life and managed to go from 200Lbs @ 30%BF for the stats i posted above. Before that, i never been a "sporty"guy... So yeah, i have been carrying loves handles since the age of 12. Never obese tho, just overweight.
So yeah, today, I am being followed by a personal trainer since 2 months and it's all good. He made a diet for me consisting of high prot, med carbs and low fat for 2000-2100cals a day. He also built a 5 days weightlifting routine for me. Cutting style routine (High reps\lower weights) of which 1 day includes 30mins of HIIT cardio (That without counting my 8mins of cardio before all workouts to heat up). I had managed to hit 166Lbs 2 weeks ago (as my lowest weight) or so but i went on vacation for a week and decided that i would take a break from dieting. I kept on working out but as i thought i would, i gained a lot of weight during this week... Probably a few Lbs of water in there too. Problem is that i don't know how to cheat and when I'm satiated (Guess i forgot what hunger and the feeling of being full is when i started dieting..). I just keep on cheating\eating till i feel sick... Especially with sugary stuff.. I got heartburns\felt bloated etc... But anyway. Now I'm back on track and i won't be cheating for a good while.
My goal : I want to get ripped. I want to drop below 10%BF and want to see my abs. I lost around 30Lbs since last February but i still have those (Freaking hard to lose) love handles and still a lot of fat around my pecs and on the bottom of my back... I don't mind having to diet or train like hell and maybe lose some muscle mass to reach 145-150Lbs for 8%BF with a good looking 6-pack. I'm planing a bulking for this fall\winter followed by a cut before summer 2011.
And that is what has got me on this forum. Clenbuterol... I'm looking for advices and all the infos i can get on this drug. I already bought it from a guy and it came in 100mcg pills. I've spent hours and hours reading about this drug - dosages - cycles durations - side effects - supplements to take while on\off etc... But you never know too much and i haven't found much threads about ppls and their "personal experiences" with Clenbuterol. So looking forward to this!
Anyway, I'm sure this forum will be a lot of help for me!
PS: If someone could point me out good threads about Clenbuterol (I'll be using the search function as well) and the right place to post my upcoming Clenbuterol cycle + diet + workout + supplements to see what ppls think about it, I'd appreciate! Thanks!
