BMI is a regular value, not a percentage. Did you mean that your bf% is 24 or that you have a BMI of 24? If you meant BMI, it's not a very good gauge of bodyfat.

Imo you need to post your diet in the diet forum, at 6ft you should be getting to 15st before you consider aas..
Do not ask me for a source check.

As an ectomorph I'm surprised that you're 25.1% body fat. Most of the ectomorphs I've know are naturally in the 8-10% range. Bastards. Of course it's one the paraddoxes of life, they want to be big and strong like me and I want to be lean like them, though not small and weak of course...

Most hard gainers have a hard time gaining fat as well as muscle. My guess is that your diet is off. Without seeing it I'd guess too many simple carbs. To gain muscle mass you need loads of protein too. You might need two shakes a day in addition to what you get from meals. I'd shoot for 1.5-2x your weight in grams per day of protein. I like a shake of 2 scoops of chocolate Isopure, 1/2 cup of 1% milk, and two tablespoons of peanut butter (all natural). That gives you 620 calories, 68.5 grams of protein, 24 grams of carbs, 30.5 grams of fat, and only 6.5 grams of saturated fat.

if your 25% bf you need to work on your diet before you think about steriods. You may eat loads of meals but not the right meals. You run a much higher chance of side effect running aas at your bf
