Thread: Hello from Canada

    Hello from Canada

I am new to the boards and I have read the "newbie starter pack".....Figured I'd post here to introduce myself.

    Here is my situation:

I am currently looking to get stronger and more ripped. I have been working out religiously for about 6 years now (im 25). I have made some impressive gains (considering i used to be a stringbean), but I still find myself much weaker than I want to be.

Additionally, I have not been the most disciplined lately with my diet, thus leaving my physique still a tiny bit more flabby than id like. I still eat 4-6 times a day but I do tend to party 1-2 nights a week, eat out 2-4 times a week, etc. To attempt to offset this I usually train 4 days a week.

    Training regimen:

    Mornings:

    Monday: Chest/triceps (1.5 hours)
    Wednesday: Back/Biceps (1.5 hours)
    Friday: Legs (1 hour)
    Saturday: Shoulders/Biceps (1.5 hours)

    Evenings:

Monday: Jiujitsu (1 hour), MMA (1.5 hours)
    Wednesday: Jiujitsu (1 hour)
Friday: Jiujitsu (1 hour), MMA (1.5 hours)
    Saturday: MMA Wrestling (1 hour)

    Stats:

    Age - 25
    Height - 6'
    Weight - 195
    Bf% - 12-15%
Cycle history - none (but interested in starting....)
    Years training - 6

After doing extensive research on steroids, i've decided that I may try Anavar. I like the fact that it is low on side effects (I used to have bad back acne as a kid) and high in strength gains (I can do without the bulk....in fact I'd rather shed a bit of stomach fat and stay the same size).

Any tips/tricks/suggestions are welcomed. I realize that a great number of you will point to my diet as a large problem (which I recognize). I don't mind working hard, but I have always been a sucker for a McDonald's Double Quarter Pounder meal....which is probably why I don't have 6pack abs. Not the greatest trade-off in the world....but it's hard to break.

    Welcome to the site.

Can I ask why you train Biceps twice per week?

I noticed that they were lacking recently (I used to have much bigger arms) and I thought I'd work them twice per week to get them back to the size/strength they used to be.

Noted. Well if it's working then more power to you.

If you have any questions in regards to starting your Var cycle, let it rip.

Do you have any advice? It will be my first cycle ever, so i'm wondering if I'll have to pair it with anything (keep in mind I want to keep side effects low, so taking it with winstrol or something isnt viable for me). Perhaps something OTC like Creatine? I've had my eye on maybe pairing it with Gaspari Nutrition's new SizeOn product, along with my usual whey and casein proteins.

As far as supplements go, stick with the basics: BCAA, Whey Isolate, Micronized Creatine Mono, Multi-Vits, Fish Oil, ect ect.

Although I don't usually condone the use of oral only, be it Var or any other mild compound, results can be made. With that in mind, be advised that Anavar IS suppressive at certain dosages. So while your "on", you might want to invest in some type of OTC Testosterone Booster. Although the effectiveness of this isn't guaranteed. I've heard great things about TCF-1. Give it a look when you have the time.

1-8 Anavar 50mg ED (see how you respond with this, taper up if needed)
PCT protocol starts the next day. Clomid alone will suffice since your endogenous T-levels won't be too suppressed.
    50/50/50/50

Before you start, I would advise that you drop your BF a little. Var does wonders and sub 10%.

Thanks for the advice. I've heard great things about stacking anavar with andriol? A main goal for me is minimizing the side effects as much as possible (if i start to get acne back again ill likely cry myself to sleep). Any suggestions are welcomed. I'll have to find a reputable source (that delivers to canada) to purchase it from first. I get paranoid seeing all these ads from online roid stores....its hard for a newbie like me to decipher which are reliable sources and which are complete junk.

Additionally, I was hoping the Anavar would help me maintain muscle mass while cutting body fat through interval training for 20 minutes, 3x a week in the AM before breakfast on off days. I hear great things about sprinting for 45 seconds, resting for about 1 minute, then sprinting for 45seconds, etc.

Sprints are great for general health. It'll benefit fat loss in conjuction with the right diet.

Stick with 1 compound, no need to stack anything at this point.
