I am new to the boards and I have read the "newbie starter pack".....Figured I'd post here to introduce myself.
Here is my situation:
I am currently looking to get stronger and more ripped. I have been working out religiously for about 6 years now (im 25). I have made some impressive gains (considering i used to be a stringbean), but I still find myself much weaker than I want to be.
Additionally, I have not been the most disciplined lately with my diet, thus leaving my physique still a tiny bit more flabby than id like. I still eat 4-6 times a day but I do tend to party 1-2 nights a week, eat out 2-4 times a week, etc. To attempt to offset this I usually train 4 days a week.
Training regimen:
Mornings:
Monday: Chest/triceps (1.5 hours)
Wednesday: Back/Biceps (1.5 hours)
Friday: Legs (1 hour)
Saturday: Shoulders/Biceps (1.5 hours)
Evenings:
Monday: Jiujitsu (1 hour), MMA (1.5 hours)
Wednesday: Jiujitsu (1 hour)
Friday: Jiujitsu (1 hour), MMA (1.5 hours)
Saturday: MMA Wrestling (1 hour)
Stats:
Age - 25
Height - 6'
Weight - 195
Bf% - 12-15%
Cycle history - none (but interested in starting....)
Years training - 6
After doing extensive research on steroids, i've decided that I may try Anavar. I like the fact that it is low on side effects (I used to have bad back acne as a kid) and high in strength gains (I can do without the bulk....in fact I'd rather shed a bit of stomach fat and stay the same size).
Any tips/tricks/suggestions are welcomed. I realize that a great number of you will point to my diet as a large problem (which I recognize). I don't mind working hard, but I have always been a sucker for a McDonald's Double Quarter Pounder meal....which is probably why I don't have 6pack abs. Not the greatest trade-off in the world....but it's hard to break.
