Been doing lots of reading on here for a while, learned a fair bit and figured I should at least join the forums. I have been working out for going on 7-8 years. I have a pretty high metabolism and even though this has some benefits, it doesn't help a lot when it comes to building mass. I am 24 have an 8% bf, weight 5.8ft h and 135lb
I’ve tried many things to break past this weight but seems like I've been stuck at 135 for a while now. Ideally I'd want to be in the 150ish range so my goals aren't astronomical.
