    Hello all

    Hi there,
    Been doing lots of reading on here for a while, learned a fair bit and figured I should at least join the forums. I have been working out for going on 7-8 years. I have a pretty high metabolism and even though this has some benefits, it doesn't help a lot when it comes to building mass. I am 24 have an 8% bf, weight 5.8ft h and 135lb

    I’ve tried many things to break past this weight but seems like I've been stuck at 135 for a while now. Ideally I'd want to be in the 150ish range so my goals aren't astronomical.

    Welcome.

    Post your diet in the nutrition section and let people critique it. Be sure not to over train and get adequate sleep. There are plenty of variables to consider when you hit a plateau. Good luck.

    Please take the time to read the board rules..

    Please give all stats when asking quetions in the questions and answer forum.

    Stats consist of:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Bf%
    Cycle history
    Years training

    Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...
