    Unhappy Need an opinion from you experts.

    I'm a newbie with on the steroid world so sorry if this sounds like a stupid question or something... I just started a cycle with nandrolone and test enanthete... I'm on my full second week and I've been doing 1cc of each twice a week for a total of 500 mil of test and 600 ml of deca a week... I originally was planning on using this stack to help me build muscle while losing body fat but I guess this cycle is more suited for bulking up rather than cutting up, or so I read on the net... I guess I should have done more research before starting this particular cycle... But I already started and I guess I might aswell finish the 12 week cycle... I'm 5' 8" tall and I was 200 lbs before I started the cycle and about 17% body fat... Now I'm 215 and it's bearly the second week... I really didn't want to gain anymore weight so this sudden 15lbs are messing with my head lol... I workout hard 5 days a week and I do atleast 20 min cardio right after every workout.... I don't have the cleanest diet around by I do watch what I eat and add a lot of good quality protein to my diet... So my question is this for you more experienced people.... Is this a normal weight gain?? Should I expect a lot more weight gain?? Should I just stop it and maybe look into a different stack?? Thank you guys in advance for any of your help on this subject.

    well if you don't have a clean diet but wanted to lose bf, the answer is relatively obvious and shouldn't involve steroids.

    From what I have learned here there is no such thing as a bulking or cutting cycle. Diet is the real tool.

    For example, you can bulk on Test P and Winistrol. You can cut on Test Cyp and Dbol. Just watch your calorie and sodium intake. Also keep on the cardio and training. I learned the hard way.

    There are cycles that help to cut at an astonishing rate, but that is when it is paired with an exceptional diet.

    Sure some substances can increase thermogenics....but with a surplus of bad food it won't mean shit

    Right on the money. It's all about what work you put into it when on cycle.
