I have been reading up on P-Plex, a Phera clone. Now, I have read you can gain upwards of 8 lbs of mass during a four week cycle. Does anyone have any experience firsthand, who could share how much one could feasibly gain?

I gained 14lbs on my first solo run of the original AX Pheraplex(30-40mg). Great stuff, just have a solid PCT lined up and eat to grow.
35-40 days max.

There is no telling how much weight you might gain...or how much will be muscle. Wayyyyyy too many factors.
I too made great gains on pheraplex and I have used the actual P-Plex clone your talking about and I got to tell you I got terrible sides from P-Plex
Also, what did you use to prevent gyno?

wouldn't cycle with those stats. simple
expect 10-15 pounds, considering diet and training are in check.
