    Whats the best(better) OTC diuretic

Being 45 now I am beginning to think over my threat to never run Deca again, that so far has lasted 7 years. This is due to the major bloat I get from it even at 400mg/wk.

However, now my joints are asking me to do something for them and another try with Deca seems to be in order.

Last time after I tried everything in the tool kit to drop the water I ended up using a mild diuretic on and off so as not to be too hard on my innards.

So? What can I find at Wally world, walgreens, or if I can keep from throwing up in my mouth a little, GNC that will help me keep some of the most blatant bloat down?

What will the whole cycle look like?

Or are you talking about running only deca for your joint pain?

Well I am just coming off a
    Test-e 500mg/wk
    tren-e 250mg/wk cutter

In a month or so(I am on perm HRT) I plan to go ahead and do a mild bulk.
More than 10 weeks less than 16.
    Test-e 750mg/week
    Deca 400mg/wk
    D-bol 30mg/ed

This will be my tenth cycle first in years

Why is it you are wanting an OTC diuretic?

Ok, what did you use last time? Is that a better way of putting it?

That's a problem, I cant remember what it was called(been 8 yrs ago), plus it was semi-expensive.

Just need a cost effective diuretic to combat the bloat I am sure to get

I ran all my cycles from 2001-2007, this is the first in years(the one I am finishing now)

I have tried the big three anti-e's, but none work on Deca

SAN Shredded is the strongest OTC diuretic IME. Just be sure not to run it more than 3 consecutive days without a couple days in between. SUPER strong stuff.

Note that you should also DOUBLE your water intake when trying to shed water weight.

2 fl oz. per lb of bodyweight.
