    Vitamin A,D and E

I've got my diet pretty much nailed, but I consistently am coming up short on vitamin A, D and E. I found some reasonably priced E supplements, but a good multi vitamin where I live is more expensive than Primo...

Can you guys give me some good sources for A, D, and even E?

You dont need to supplement vitamin D ever you get it from the sun

Vitamin E helps lots of stuff but is it needed? not really

just go to walmart or costco or the internet for vitamin e it really isnt expensive

Milk for D. I drink a couple cups a day already. Get plenty of sun, so that's that. Any ideas on A?

Actually you would have to drink like 10 tall glasses a day to get any significant form of vitamin D its all from the sun

and you can find vitamins for cheap and the quality is all exactly the same, just dont EVER shop at GNC and your fine they are the only ones out to rip people off.

Thanks Dude, got the sun. Problem for me is I live on an island in the Gulf of Thailand. Some things I can get easy (Test C, Deca, Nolvadex coconuts, squid etc. if you get my meaning), somethings like Multi Vitamins, natty peanut butter a good steak, you can't get for love or money (being Thailand you can, however get love FOR money, HA!) As far as GNC goes, one of my staff goes to Bangkok every 2-3 months and gets me whey protein powder there. It's the cheapest alternative for me. If I go to the drug store and have her order me vitamins, I'll pay big time. What does a do anyway?

You`re in Thailand... vitamin D from the sun exposure. Or is it the rainy season there now?

Got the sun exposure even during monsoon... One less thing to worry about!
