    Having trouble aspirating!

My first cycle I only injected into the glutes...and knew nothing of aspirating and I never did it. This time around I'm pinning different locations and I'm trying to aspirate, but I'm having a really difficult time doing it. How hard do you have to pull back?? WTF! It's seems especially hard with one hand and the needle is moving all over the place while I'm trying to do it. I'm starting to get frustrated and just wanna say screw it! But I know that's a mistake. Any suggestions?

Take your time, and do it slow. If you are not already, try sitting down and relaxing while you do it. You only have to pull back hard enough to see either blood, or air going up into the pin. Once you see one or the other, you know whether or not you hit a vein. What spot were you injecting again?

I've been rotating between the delts, glutes, and v-glutes. Thinkin maybe I should start hitting the quads cause it seems to be the easiest to use both hands.

I feel your pain. It takes a little bit to get used to. You should pin in your quads until you really get the feel for it. As G4R said, sit down, relax and take your time. Maybe try right after a hot shower so your muscles are really relaxed. Nothing worse than moving the pin around too much and causing more damage. Although it's minor, it definitely adds to the soreness the next day or two. Hope this helps.

take an old or needleless syringe and practice pulling the plunger back while holding the barrel with the same hand

Here's a tip for one-handed shots (like delts):
if possible, hold the syringe in your palm like a knife (as opposed to holding it like a pen with your fingers) and stick it in. Now use your thumb to flick the plunger upward to aspirate (you only need to check for a vacuum), then use your thumb again to push down on the plunger.
