Imo it totally depends on the individual, some people can get away with more "cheats" than others. Then again some people put weight on looking at a burger. You have to find whats right for you. People may come here and say how many times they cheat, but that doesn't mean thats the right amount of cheating for you

Agree with MaNiCC. Everyone is different. I'd say that once you've had your diet in check for a couple months and you're starting to see the results you're looking for then you can do a cheat day here and there. This also depends if you're bulking or cutting. If you do have a cheat day don't spend the next day barely eating because you feel guilty about eating garbage the day before. Moral of the story is.....when you have your diet really dialed in you will know when a cheat day won't really hurt you.
