Whats up everyone. my first post here.. i am 25 yrs old 5,8 158lbs. been lifting all my life.. but couple years back i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. everyone else seems to have it in the family too and i was a total mess because of my lifestyle.. ive been clean for about 3 years been lifting and doing mma.. i am pretty lean.. i have no belly fat for being a type 2 diabetic. i control my sugar with diet and exercise and low dose of med.. i have ran a cycle of tren.. but lost all the gains due to all the cardio done in mma... i have cut down on alot of the cardio... blood work seems to be fine.. i wanna get up to 170 lbs of lean muscle.... id like to run a novice cycle sometime in the future to pack on some more muscle.. i eat a clean diet with lots of fiber and complex carbs and lean meats..
