    First MMA fight need to lose 15lbs

    what's everyone I havent been around in awhile, but I have my first mma fight comin up oct 9th and I need to get down to 205 im currently back and forth between 217-220. Im just looking to see if anyone can help me im looking for a good diet that i can cut weight healthy and still maintain some muscle and strength

    thanks for the site bro thats how I used to cut weight for wrestling I was looking more for a diet plan though

    Have you talked to your coach about any pre-fighting diet regimens?

    he said stick to clean foods, I know how to do that stuff to maintain and stay at my weight or gain weight, since I actually have to lose weight I was just wondering how many cals a day i should intake protein..etc, I know the clean foods I should eat just wondering the quanitity of them

    It will tell you everything you need to know in regards to cutting weight. It's a Pre-Contest layout but it will certainly apply to cutting fat in regards to a Pre-Contest fight.
