    Howdy from Texas.

Hello, I am new here also, from Katy, Texas.

I am not a bodybuilder, but trying to get beyond what is acheivable by myself. I would like to be built like more like a tall Jason Bourne than Arnold.

I am 36, have always been tall, thin, with a gut. I am now at 212 lbs, 36 in waist, with thin arms (biceps 12.5-13.5) narrow chest, and alot of main torso body fat (not just gut, back/sides also).

I have been working out for 3 years off an on, cut out all sugar and soft drinks and fast food. I was at a 44 inch waist 4 yrs ago (my heaviest ever) and was 248lbs, bow I am at 36 waist and 208 lbs. I am tone, and stronger, but do not look proportioned. People always say I am skinny... but with my shirt off, I am skinny, with a gut.

I average 7 meals a day, usually small. I am averaging 2100-2200 calories a day, approx 175 Grams of proetin. Roughly 55 % Protein, 25 % Whole wheat, 15 % good fats, EFAs and 5% raw veggies.

    My work outs are:
    Mon/Thur:Back, legs (and crunches)
    Off days: Wed, Sat, Sun
Tue/Fri: Shoulders, arms, chest (and crunches)

2 days a week I do HITT, usually Mon- and Thurs, for 10 minutes.

So I wanted to say hello, and I dont want to get slammed here... but the ads at the top of the site... does anyone here use them for supplies? I am sure they pay for the space on the site, (thus I am glad they are up there) but are they good companies to get started with?

I have been a lurker here for a long time, and I think I want my first cycle to be easily followed, something like Test Prop.

Hope to learn alot and make some friends here, especially with other fathers getting into the sport a little later in life than some. I was a band guy in High School, lol... But working hard for that build and confidence I missed out on all this time.

Welcome. Ar-r is G2G for Research Chems. Hopefully you are referring to that ad, and not the steroid link.

Take the time to read the educational threads/stickies, to get a better grasp on cycling/pct.
