How many calories a day are you eating?

    3500 - 4000 for me.

But I cheat on Sundays and don't count. I still eat fairly well however.

Normally, or while I was in Mexico last week? LoL I must've been upwards of 15,000 for 5 days straight, most of which was CRAP!

I'm going for a quasi-cut diet - starting at 2200 calories, and working my way back up to 3000 by adding 100 calories every 2 weeks. Hoping to taper off around 3000 and continue on a slow recomp.

I've been eating around 2,800/day for the past 6 wks, I started my diet at 236 lbs, dropping down to 228 lbs, and now back up to 240 lbs. 240 lbs leaner than I was at 236 lbs, all in about 6 wks. The cycle has def helped, but the one thing about me thats changed is now that I'm 30 yrs old, I can eat about half the calories as when I was 20 and still grow, its ridiculous. I'm ALWAYS HUNGRY, I never get to eat to the point of satisfaction or "feeling full" its like my life is a constant state of feeling hungry, I dont even wanna know what I'd look like if I ate until I was satisfied, probably a damn blimp

The fact that you're always hungry is a big red flag IMO - I understand that you're losing fat and gaining LBM since your weight went up, but it's not good that you're that hungry bro.

If you're not already doing so, i'd suggest you add a bunch of fiberous veggies to as many meals as possible to help curb appetite and give your body plenty of fiber. If you are already eating veggies, eat more! Just my .02

are your splits still at 40/40/20, or do you bump the 20 to something higher? 5000 calories on a regular basis is a lot of volume

Around 5,000 on training days. A bit less on non-training days. Don't focus on counting much during a bulk.

and you keep your splits up? or just suck it up all on sight? I could do 5000 a day, but I'd be full as sh1t all the time, and feel sluggish? Is that what you feel when you eat that much?

Well now, both. When I first got into nutrition seriously I was a bit more strict with my bulks. I learned you don't need to spend an excessive amount of energy/planning counting everything when your adding muscle.

I'll feel bloated if I'm eating my training kcals on non-training days, as I don't burn up as much.

In a nut shell, and without macros right now, something along these lines:

    Meal 1:
    2 pieces of wheat toast
    4 tsb PB
    8 egg white/ 2 whole eggs
    1 chobani greek yogurt
    3 cups of oates

    Meal 2:
    whey shake
    16oz gatorade
    4 peices of white bread
    1 bananna

    Meal 3:
    10oz lean ground beef
    3 yams
4 cups of green beans or green veggie

    Meal 4:
    3 chicken breast
    3 cups of oates
    2 banannas

    Meal 5:
    cytogainer weight gain shake
    2 pieces ezekiel bread
    1 tsb olive oil

    Meal 6:
    8oz Shrimp
    3 cups of rice
    1 chobani yogurt
    salad or some cucumbers

    Meal 7:
    1-1.5 cups of cottage cheese
    2 tsb peanut butter

(Sometimes I make my own cottage cheese pudding before bed. 1 cup of CC, 1 Scoop of Casein, 2tsb PB, 2 packets of splenda, and water added in a blender to get correct consistecny..highlight of my fvcking day)

**Of course I have a beverage with every meal..rotates between g2, crystal light, and water.

.....That is my diet off the top of my head for the most part. I don't feel like breaking down P/F/C. Recently, I found that making an educated guess on macros every day is much better, got tired of always over thinking it. I'm pretty close to 250lbs right now, and I make sure that my protein is in the 350-400g range.

3 cups of oats in the morning?

I can barely handle one cup. As with rice. 3 cups is a ton to stomach

I can't explain it, but when I wake up in the morning, I am so freakin hungry that If don't eat within a few minutes, I wanna start breaking things. Sometimes when I first wake up, I feel lke I am going to throw up because I am so hungry. Hard to explain. Plus I go to the gym two hours after "breakfast" and the energy I have from all that food is great.

Yeah it's not fun...no matter how disgustling unbearably full I get..I am hungry an hour later. I hate force feeding 24/7, but I was 170lbs three years ago...soo if I slack off on my calories, I will shrink

i wont be cycling any time soon...

i wont lie, i messed it up last time...my gear was fake...

plus im still making great proggress naturally for now, so i didnt shut myself down or anything...

i really dont blame you for wanting to try gear, any aspiring bodybuilder has to take the plunge sometime, its just when they choose to that can mess things up...

have you done any big cycles, like over a 3 grams of gear a week ?
