I've tried a lot of supplements over the years. The ones I've found that work are creatine, glutamine, and NO Shotgun. Obviously diet is of critical importance, but I highly doubt that's an issue for you.
Beware of unproven supplements. Truthfully a lot of them are garbage. There's no testing, no requirement for verifying claims, ect. Steroids at least had to pass FDA trials. Granted they are being used for reasons different from their original intent, but they still had to pass very stringent testing. Supplements are the wild west. Anyone can make and sell them, and it's legal.
