well, pretty much joined because lately ive been thinkin about tryin out some "super supps". been workin out for about 7 years. and before i start puttin anythin in my body, i wanna know what the heck im doin. ive stacked regular supps before, protein/creatine/NO etc etc, but roids have always been outta the question....until now lol.
where do i get started? can anyone point me in the right direction?
